What can you expect when working with us?

1. Our estimation team will do a thorough walkthrough of the space to confirm safety and feasibility of the project. 
2. Per OSHA’s guidelines, before work begins you will receive a written safety and work plan specific to your building.  This will also include specifications about working hours and project timeline so there are no surprises to you and your tenants.
3. You can trust that you have a team on your building who has current IWCA certifications in high rise window cleaning. All ropes are replaced annually while smaller equipment is inspected and replaced as needed. We invest in our employee’s safety both through the equipment that they use as well as the on-going training they receive.
